1. Fee Payments and Disclaimers

1.1 All program fees (“Fees”) for online degree or certificate programs are set by the respective universities or institutions. You acknowledge that University Vidya acts solely as a facilitator and does not charge, collect, or disburse these program fees on behalf of the institutions.

1.2. It is your responsibility to make all Fee payments directly and timely to the respective university or institution. University Vidya only collects nominal charges for career counseling and advisory services, as clearly disclosed at the point of engagement.

2. Payment Gateway Services

2.1. University Vidya provides an online payment facility to simplify transactions with partner institutions. This facility is operated by an authorized third-party Payment Gateway Service Provider and does not constitute a banking or financial service.

2.2. All transactions processed through the Payment Gateway Service Provider use existing secure banking infrastructure and payment networks. University Vidya neither acts as a trustee nor holds any fiduciary responsibility for funds transacted.

2.3. Payments made via the Payment Gateway Service Provider typically require 1–2 working days to be processed. You assume all risk associated with these transactions. University Vidya is not liable for any failure or delay in processing your payment.

4. Refunds of Career Counseling Fees

4.1. If you believe you have been charged a career counseling fee in error, please submit a written request along with proof of payment. Upon verification, University Vidya may issue a refund of the nominal counseling fee in accordance with our internal refund policy, typically within 10 business days of receiving a valid request.

4.2. Refunds do not apply to program fees paid directly to universities or institutions.

5. Platform Role and Academic Content

5.1. University Vidya is strictly a digital platform that connects prospective learners with educational institutions. We do not claim, collect, or hold any institution’s course fees other than our disclosed service charges.

5.2. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of program details, course structures, fees, and promotional materials, the ultimate responsibility for program offerings, curriculum content, and academic delivery lies with the respective universities or institutions.

5.3. Institutions reserve the right to modify or discontinue any program, curriculum, or facility at their discretion. In such cases, they will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to enrolled students.
