Admission Process

The admission process to the Institute of Distance Education at Kalinga University is very simple and straightforward. Students can visit the university and apply directly. Students can also complete the application form. Students must visit the official university website and fill out the necessary information in order to register on behalf of Kalinga University's Institute of Distance Education. When the registration has been completed successfully, the document must be uploaded to the website by checking in to the registered Email ID. The panel for paying the charge will appear once all the documents have been successfully uploaded. Students had to apply for payment according to the course they chose. After these measures, the university will check the documents and send a confirmation email or SMS to your registered email id or contact number. For offline applications, the form must be downloaded from the website and submitted in person by going to the university. Candidates have the option of paying online with a credit/debit card or an Internet banking system. In the event of an offline payment, the applicants will pay the costs using Swift, Telegraphic Transfer, or Bank Transfer.

Exam Procedure

Exams are administered semester-by-semester at Kalinga University's Institute of Distance Education in accordance with UGC regulations. Students' semester-ending exams will be held in accordance with university policy. For both theoretical and practical work, the final exam is weighted at 70% and the internal assessment at 30%. The student must receive a minimum of 33% in each paper, including marks from internal assessments and term end exams, to meet the minimum passing percentage requirement of 36%.
