Consultation Completion:

Once you have successfully connected with and completed a session with our Senior Mentor, your payment is non‑refundable. This ensures that the time and expertise of our mentors are fully honored.

Connection Failure:

In the rare event that you are unable to join or connect with your scheduled Senior Mentor session due to a technical issue on our end, please notify us within 24 hours. We will promptly verify the issue and, upon confirmation, issue a full refund of your consultation fee.

Contact Information Accuracy:

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete contact details when scheduling a consultation. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete email address or phone number and subsequently miss or cannot join your session, we regrettably cannot offer a refund.
